Why didn't you invite us over for the chicken?
Does it matter what brand of buttermilk?
Do you put the spices in the batter or the flour?

I like your pairing of the bubbly with the fried chicken. I can see how that would be very delicious! Also, thanks for the tip about the rack over the sheet tray rather than paper towel. So simple, yet I never thougth of it!

That was excellent. Very simple with the exact type of flavours I love (garlic,onion,spice). Also, I could hear the crunchiness when you bit into it. Imma try that for sure!
