I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed watching this on YouTube. So quick and easy. The only question I had was -why- lemon juice was added to the browned butter; is it purely for flavor?

I just caught your videos on YouTube. The Red Snapper got me hooked and I watched every other video of yours posted. You are a natural in front of the camera and you keep it simple but informative. It doesn't hurt that you're drop-dead gorgeous either! I love cooking and since I'm recently divorced, I have a lot more impressing to do now. I can't wait to make the Red Snapper and everything else for that matter. Keep up the great work!! Brian

Dear TL:
I add lemon juice for the flavor and the acidity. The butter needs something to contrast it. A bit of wine may work as well, but I've never tried it. Thanks for the question, best hj

How fun!
I've been having a good time with my recipe web site (www.CarlDeCook.com)but had never thought of a video on u Tube.
People have asked me for a cook book but my favorite recipes are there for free so why spend all that time and effort? I'm pretty lazy.
I'm going back and look at your other videos.
Keep up the videos and keep having fun.
Carl
