So easy, inexpensive and delish! Bought the clams at the farmer's market, left them kind of chunky -- gave the dish that homemade stamp. I'm not really a fan of Manhattan chowder. I made it just because this recipe made it seem so fresh and easy. It's a new fave! Thanks, Heather!

Chunky? Yum. It's all about freshness, that's what sell this over it's delicious yet rather high fat New England cousin. Glad you liked it!

I was trying the recipe, an instead of the 1/3 of white wine, I added 1/6 of white wine, and the result was delicious. With the 1/3 is amazing, I just wanted to try it with 1/6.
